Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a specific question that needs answering, Dr. Andy can take your call/text at 813-340-5708 or email at drandyxue@lifehackhealing.com
Q: What is the cost of adjustment/treatment?
First visit cost is $120, which includes History/Consultation, Exam, and 1st treatment. The adjustment itself takes on average 15 minutes more or less depending on severity of symptoms and patient needs. The cost per visit to pay as you go for subsequent visits is $95, but we offer package discounts of varying sizes (from 10% to 20%) which we only offer on the second or third visit, when we can get an idea of how fast your body changes and heals.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all forms of debit/credit, Venmo/Zelle, or physical checks
Q: What is your primary method of chiropractic treatment?
A: Dr Andy primarily uses a cutting edge method called Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC), which is the most effective postural correction method in existence. This method is able to fix chronic injuries over time by addressing the biomechanical root cause of what the body cannot fix on its own. With each visit, the patient can expect their posture, stability, breathing, and mental clarity to improve. Dr. Andy is also an expert in the Gonstead method, which can help address acute nerve impingement related issues of the spine and pelvis in select cases.
What makes Advanced Biostructural Correction different from traditional chiropractic?
Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) addresses the root cause of biomechanical dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system, which up until recently was largely unknown. Unlike traditional chiropractic which focuses on relieving nerve impingement at areas of compensation, ABC addresses the true cause of structural issues in the spine, which are bones that have slipped forward. Nerve impingement and tightness occurs because the body is pulling other parts of the spine backwards in an effort to stay upright to compensate for the bones that have slipped forward. In traditional chiropractic, symptoms improve and range of motion is increased, but the same pains and stiffness always comes back to the same areas, because the root cause of the problem is not being addressed. Advanced Biostructural Correction addresses only the bones that have slipped forward, because the body has no muscle that can pull a vertebrae that has slipped forward back into place. Traditional chiropractic offers temporary relief, while ABC provides a permanent solution to pain as well as improve the baseline of wellness.
Q: What conditions does Lifehack Wellness treat?
Here at Lifehack Wellness, we most commonly fix chronic musculoskeletal pains. The patients that love us the most are those who have tried traditional chiropractic adjustment and not gotten the results or pain relief they desired. Other specific conditions that the ABC method excels at treating include scoliosis, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, vertigo, asthma, and even depression and anxiety.
Q: What other services does Lifehack Wellness provide?
A: In order to make sure that you keep the results you get from your treatments and maintain your newfound level of wellness and pain free living, we will offer lifestyle recommendations and ergonomic supports in the forms of specialized pillows, seat wedges, or shoe inserts to make sure that your body does not regress in terms of posture, mobility and stability.

How long will take to see results?
After the first adjustment, you will notice a dramatic difference in posture, breathing, and posture. After each treatment, your body will be able to stand on its own with very minimal muscular effort, and each adjustment will add upon the last. However, in between adjustments, you may experience aches and pains as the body unwinds from compensation patterns and biomechanical tension is shifted to new areas. This is why it is important to maintain frequent visits in the beginning stages of ABC care, when the body will unwind quickly. Depending on the person and their injury history, bodies with more injuries and damage will take longer to heal and unwind, and the unwinding process may be uncomfortable.
How do I maintain the results of my corrections and do the corrections last?
While ABC can correct and improve your body’s structure, maintaining it and being at your best requires you to also be aware of how you sleep, sit, and stand. Most modern chairs, car seats and shoes are not designed to help the body function at its absolute best, so we will help optimize all of these factors and recommend the most optimal pillow height, seat wedge, or shoe customizations for you as part of your care plan as needed. If you decide to undergo the corrective care plan, by the end of it you will experience long-lasting improvement
Does ABC treatment hurt?
No, treatment does not hurt. While the meningeal releases may be briefly uncomfortable, the adjusting the bones back into place requires very little force. The meningeal releases will stretch you in a way that you have never been stretched before, but patients never complain after they experience the immediate improvements in symptoms, breathing, and mental clarity. Most people who get ABC look forward to the brief discomfort which is necessary to make massive improvements in your life.
